dragging windows?

Is it possible to drag program windows in GlovePIE? I understand that it is possible to know if the system mouse is busy dragging but I can't seem to get it to do any actual dragging. I've tried using a combination of the system mouse's left click with the keepdown function but it didn't seem to work as one would expect.

It would be best if I could get a fake cursor to drag the window but I would be happy if the system mouse could do it from within GlovePIE.
